  • Can I Use My Insurance?

    Yes! We are an out-of-network provider but you can absolutely still use your insurance if your plan includes out-of-network coverage! We will provide you with a monthly document (called a “superbill”) that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many of our clients receive at least 50% back from their insurance companies.

  • How Do I Know Which Therapist or Modality is Right for Me?

    Knowing which therapist to choose and which modality is “right” for you is incredibly difficult. We make it easy when you schedule a consultation call with us. We will gather some information from you about what you are experiencing, what you are needing, and we will let you know who on our team is a good fit and why. If we determine our clinicians are not going to provide you with what you need, we will do our best to pair you with someone else in the community who will be a better fit!

  • How Much Does Therapy Cost?

    Fees vary by clinician and service and payment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards.

    - Our base fees for individual therapy range from $155-$180 for a 50 minute session.

    - Our base fees for relationship therapy range from $185-$215 for a 50 minute session or $215-$275 for an 80 minute session.

    - Intensives are based on factors including: clinician, length of intensive, number of participants.
